Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label together with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exclusions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain product categories cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers and plants), custom-made items (including special orders and personalized products), and personal care products (such as beauty goods). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific product.
Promotional items and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above terms, if your goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. As stated above, your item must remain unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging intact, and you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item to inform you whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
