Shipping Information

1. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to the United States only. We do not offer international shipping to other countries and regions at this stage.

2. Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Processing time does not include transit shipping time.

3. Delivery Transit Time

Standard shipping delivery takes 7–15 business days after dispatch.

All delivery times are estimated only; we do not guarantee exact arrival dates. Delays may occur due to carrier backlogs, customs clearance, weather or other uncontrollable circumstances. We are not liable for shipping delays.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping cost will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and total weight of your items. Free shipping promotions will be clearly marked on product pages during campaign periods.

5. Shipment Notification

Once your order is dispatched, a shipping tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You may track your package status via the tracking link provided in the email.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective or your package is lost in transit, contact us via wxz881019@hotmail.com with your order number and photos as proof within 7 days of delivery. We will assess and resolve the issue accordingly.

7. Shipping Address Modification

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We cannot modify delivery addresses once the package has been shipped. If you input an incorrect address leading to delivery failure, you shall bear the relevant reshipping fees.
